Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

What DevRescue is. DevRescue is an automated triage tool. It uses heuristics to point out common problems in CI/CD configuration, code and secrets handling. It can miss problems and can flag things that are fine. It is not a security audit, penetration test or professional advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing and testing any change you make.

Acceptable use. Only audit repositories you are allowed to access. Don't use the service to overload GitHub or our infrastructure, or to attack anyone.

The Kit. Buying the DevOps Speed-Boost Kit gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use its templates, scripts and runbook in your own and your employer's projects. You may not resell or redistribute the Kit itself.

Refunds. If the Kit doesn't help you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back.

Limitation of liability. The service and the Kit are provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
